Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your RUMIEASE order. If you wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition and, where applicable, with its original seal intact. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used or had their protective seal removed may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, defective or not as described.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Where applicable, customers may request to cancel and return an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving it.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law or agreed by us, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products when the return is due to a change of mind.

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address. Products should not be returned to a fulfilment location without prior instructions from us.

Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, the applicable return procedure will apply.
